W. Mark Keeney
Mark Keeney is a Partner and founding member of Abbey Road Advisors, LLC who has over 21 years of real estate experience. He serves on both the Company’s Board and Investment Committee and has primary responsibility for all operational aspects of the Company. Mark is actively involved in the acquisition, management and sale process for all transactions.
Prior to Abbey Road Advisors, LLC, Mark was a Vice President in MetLife’s Real Estate Department for 16 years. His responsibilities included leading a team in the management of MetLife’s 14 million square foot/ $4.0 billion portfolio of equity real estate in the Northeast, which included high profile assets such as 200 Park Avenue, One and Eleven Madison Avenue, Peter Cooper/Stuyvesant Town in New York City, One Financial Center in Boston MA and Centre Square in Philadelphia PA. He was also involved in pursuing new development, acquisition and sale opportunities in the region and oversight of $100 million in annual renovations and capital improvement programs. Mark has also been involved in over $1.0 billion in debt transactions.
Mark is a 1993 graduate of the New York University Stern School of Business and a 1986 graduate of the College of Wooster. He has been an active member in many organizations including the NYU Roundtable, Real Estate Board of New York and has served on the executive committee of the Grand Central Partnership. Mark is President of the Aspetuck Wildcats American Youth Football and Cheer program and a former member of the Weston Little League Board.

Alan Bates
Alan Bates is the newest partner to Abbey Road Advisors, LLC, and has 22 years of real estate experience. Alan is actively involved in the asset management and sale process for all transactions.
Prior to joining Abbey Road, Alan was a Senior Asset Manager with SSR Realty Advisors, Inc., in Morristown NJ, where he was responsible for a portfolio of office, industrial and multi-family properties with total values in excess of $300 million, located in multiple cities around the U.S. He also had reporting responsibilities to pension fund clients and their consultants. Previous to his 10 years with SSR, he was a Senior Investment Analyst in MetLife’s Agricultural Investments Department and in the Washington DC Real Estate Investments office.
Alan earned an MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University and a B.A. from the University of Vermont. He is a member of the Cornell Real Estate Council and is active in alumni affairs of both JGSM-Cornell and UVM. He is also a member of the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut. He is a youth soccer coach with the Soccer Club of Ridgefield, and is a former board member of that organization.

James B. Digney
Jim Digney is a Partner and founding member of Abbey Road Advisors, LLC. Prior to forming Abbey Road Advisors, Jim retired as the Senior Vice President in charge of MetLife’s Real Estate Investments Department in 2001, completing a 30-year career with MetLife. As such he was responsible for MetLife’s $30 billion national portfolio of mortgage loans and real estate equity investments. His Department was responsible for all facets of acquisition, management and disposition of equity real estate investments for MetLife. His Department also originated and managed MetLife’s commercial loan portfolio as well as its investments in Commercial Mortgaged Backed Securities and other real estate related securities.
Jim served two years in the United States Army, including a tour of duty in Vietnam. He graduated from St. John’s University in New York earning a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude. In 1987 he completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard University School of Business.
Jim is a former Director of Urban Shopping Centers, Inc., Governor and member of the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Realty Foundation of New York and the Community Preservation Corporation. He is a Director of the Boy Scouts of America, Greater New York Councils. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on its Urban Development/Mixed Use Council and is also a member and former Director of NAIOP, the Association for Commercial Real Estate.

John R. McCarthy
John R. McCarthy is a Partner and founding member of Abbey Road Advisors, LLC who has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. John is currently the President of McCarthy Associates, a Westchester/Fairfield Commercial Real estate Brokerage firm that he founded in 1990. Prior to that he was a Partner of Rostenberg-Doern Company, Inc. John has been involved in over eight million square feet of leasing transactions and $150 million in sale transactions – most recently he represented Morgan Stanley in the purchase of the 725,000 square foot Texaco headquarter building in Harrison, New York.
A lifetime resident of White Plains, NY, John is active in a number of business and community organizations. He is Past President and a member of the Board of Stewards of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick in Westchester County, Chairman of the Fund Raising Committee for the Great Hunger Memorial, and a member of the White Plains St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee. He is a Past President and honorary member of the Exchange Club of downtown White Plains, a former Trustee of St. Agnes Hospital Children’s Center, and is Treasurer of the Loucks Track & Field Games Committee, as well as a member of the Con Edison Sports Hall of Fame Committee.
John served on the National Board of Directors of the CORE Network, an international affiliation of commercial real estate firms, and as a Board member of NAIOP. In addition, John was a member of the Advisory Board of Trustees at St. Vincent's Hospital in Harrison and on the Advisory Board of the Lighthouse in White Plains. He also is past President of the Archbishop Stepinac High School Crusader Men’s Club, as well as a former President of the Orienta Beach Club and a current member of Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck, New York.

Stephen B. Siegel
Steve Siegel, a Partner and founding member of Abbey Road Advisors, LLC, has over 35 years of real estate and capital markets experience. Steve is Chairman of Global Brokerage at CBRE, where he oversees the company's worldwide brokerage operations. He is an advisor to major corporations and property owners on numerous real estate issues, and is widely regarded in commercial real estate circles as one of the industry’s most talented and prolific professionals. Among a host of other honors, Steve was named by Crain’s in 2002 as one of the 100 most influential business leaders in New York City. Prior to the merger with CBRE, as Chairman and CEO of Insignia/ESG, he was largely responsible for masterminding the growth of the firm in the U.S. as well as throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Throughout his distinguished career, Steve has arranged transactions for some of the nation’s most prominent corporate clients including, among others, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., MetLife, Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP, Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Swiss Reinsurance and Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld.
Steve is also involved in a number of charitable and civic affairs. He is the General Chairman of the Association for the Help of Retarded Children and was inducted into the organization's Hall of Honor in 1999. He is also Chairman of the YMCA’s Capital Campaign. In addition, Steve is a board member for both the City Center 55th Street Theater Foundation and the Greater New York Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and he serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY).

Ross H. Ogden
Ross joined Abbey Road Advisors as an Investment Manager in July of 2007. As such, he is actively involved in the acquisition, management and sale process of all transactions. Prior to joining Abbey Road Advisors, Ross worked as a Senior Associate for the Capital Markets Group of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, the largest locally owned full-service commercial real estate brokerage company in the Washington metropolitan region. There he was responsible for the coordination of investment sales transactions, including conducting the due diligence processes and coordinating both the financial analysis and all aspects of the marketing materials. Prior to Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, Ross worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for Equity Office Properties in Washington, DC where he was responsible for regional financial reporting, operational analysis, and the support of all regional acquisition and disposition activity.
Ross earned a MBA with a double concentration in real estate finance and environmental policy and management from the George Washington University School of Business in Washington, DC and a B.A. from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA.

Nicholas Campofranco
Nick joined Abbey Road Advisors as an Investment Analyst in May of 2007. Nick is responsible for the Management of several assets owned by Abbey with specific focus on properties in Westchester County. Although, Nick is new to Abbey Road Advisors he comes to us with many years of experience working summers for Reckson Associates Realty Corporation, now a Division of SL Green Reality Corp. Nick grew up in New Canaan, CT and graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in Economics and Political Science in February 2007.
